Tom Southall

Tom is a retired Executive who spent his career at ITW (Illinois Tool Works) in a variety of leadership roles. Tom’s career began in sales and progressed through a series of Marketing roles leading to National Marketing Director. He then progressed into General Management, including leading the startup of a new and highly successful Division and the successful integration of two large Divisions following an acquisition. After that, Tom was Group President and responsible for multiple Divisions across North America. In his most recent role, he was Vice-President Global Innovation, Construction Products.

Throughout his career, Tom has studied, taught, and practiced leadership at multiple levels in the organization. This has led to extensive experience in coaching and talent development. Tom was a coach and presenter at the ENG (Executive Networking Group) and has coached people at all levels and across cultures.
