Executive Leadership Alliance

Mission

The purpose of the Executive Leadership Alliance is to provide a collaborative resource for the sharing of networking contacts, employment opportunities, business prospects, and career/business advice amongst senior level (C-suite and similar) executives to assist them in their pursuit of their next career/professional objective.

ELA Member Guiding Principles

ELA members are part of a select group of individuals focused on helping the group in these areas:

  • Providing job referral, recruiter, and networking leads on a regular basis to group members.
  • Engaging the support of ELA members to help with your search efforts regarding questions, methods or process issues.
  • Being viewed as a provider and receiver of help to and from the group.
  • Participating and offering insights during meetings to help the group improve the overall effectiveness of ELA

Meetings

ELA meetings are conducted on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month at 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM.

Membership Criteria

Participation in the group will be by invitation only and limited to 20 active members. Individuals should have held a C-level title or had senior level functional responsibility.  Such an individual likely was, or reported to, the President/CEO of an organization of at least $20MM in revenues.  In large organizations, an individual may not have reported directly to the corporate CEO but should have held significant business unit or functional responsibility.

Membership Application & Selection

Prospective members are asked to send their resume to the Group Chairperson who also serves as Leader/Facilitator.   If the individual appears to qualify for membership, they will be invited to the next ELA meeting, after which they will be placed on a waiting list for a member landing to occur.  Once a landing occurs, the next prospective member on the waiting list will be notified.  If the prospective member accepts, they will be asked to pay an initial fee of $200 which covers general administrative costs.  If they decline or do not respond promptly, they will be removed from the list and the next prospective member will be invited to join.  If a member lands a position they will be moved to INACTIVE STATUS. If they return to search mode after 18 months, they may return to ACTIVE STATUS at which time the return fee will be $100.

Executive Leadership Alliance Website

If an ELA member chooses to participate in having their resume listed on our ELA website, there will be a $100 for this service.
