Rosie Zilinskas is a leadership coach and expert in the world of “Career Progression.” With 28 years of experience climbing the corporate ladder at AIG and Prudential, she is now an Executive Vice President. She is currently specializing in high-net-worth personal insurance, where she manages Underwriting Operations, and Education & Training.

She is an international bilingual speaker, coach, and corporate trainer that has spoken in countries such as Mexico, Venezuela, Brazil, Spain, and Ecuador. Rosie appeared on podcasts such as ‘Bravehearts Radio’ and ‘Lead at any Level.’ She was also a featured storyteller at ‘The People Tree.’

Rosie is a first-generation Mexican-American and fluent in Spanish. She grew up in a constant circle of transition. Her parents moved her several times between the US and Mexico. Rosie now lives in the Chicagoland area with her husband and has two young adult children that have successfully launched their own lives.
