Neal Golden had a 45 year career as a Human Resources professional. He was a strategic Human Resources leader to a number of organizations; including Zenith Electronics, Anixter, and WEC Energy Group.  His responsibilities included Employee Relations and Labor Relations (including leading Company in union negotiations); Compliance (working with issues raised through Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and IL Department of Human Rights), and development/presentation of a variety of leadership training programs.

Neal has twice experienced being in transition, so he understands the pressures of job search.  He has participated in many networking groups and has made multiple presentations around job search.

Neal has recently retired and wants to pay it back through various volunteer opportunities, including The Barrington Career Center., Chicago Society of Human Resources, and Northfield Food Pantry.
