Carol is a retired Human Resources professional with 30 years of experience in financial services and 5 years with a not for profit.  Areas Carol has worked in include recruiting, salary negotiation, management training, and employee relations.  Since retirement Carol has assisted many men and women find appropriate new positions.

Carol understands the stress of job search and the time consuming aspects of it.  She describes her style as direct and to the point.  The intention is to quickly get clients knowing how to search out positions, find ways to network, and submit resumes appropriate for an opportunity. 

Helping stay at home parents return to the workplace is of special interest to Carol.  She helps clients understand how they can leverage volunteer skills and apply them to position openings. 

Understanding one’s strengths is key to resume and interview preparation, and is something that Carol stresses with her clients.

Carol has BA degree from Trinity University, San Antonio, TX.  She has conducted Strength workshops, and various supervisory training programs.
