Bob retired from LaSalle Solutions, a subsidiary of MB Financial Bank, as VP of Sales 3 years ago. Prior to that he was VP /GM at a billion dollar company, GBC, in Northbrook, responsible for 175 sales people throughout the USA. Upon retirement, he has been volunteering at the CareerPlace in Palatine, as a coach and also doing workshops such as Interview 1: Elevator Speech and Interview 3: Tough Questions.

His efforts have been instrumental in enabling numerous clients to land with lucrative positions. Although his background is in sales and sales management, he has successfully helped clients in other spaces.
