Adriano Pedrelli is a successful business leader with experience in small/mid-market companies that include service-driven and transactional industries, franchising, and financial services.

His career began in Public Accounting. Then co-founded a financial advisory firm specializing in continuity and succession planning as well as investment management, advising high-net-worth individuals, including key executives and business owners in various industries.

He then turned his attention to establishing a consulting firm focused on providing advisory and funding solutions for early and late-stage companies. In addition to negotiating and facilitating mergers and acquisitions, Adriano established an investment organization comprising high-net-worth individuals to invest in early-stage companies. Adriano successfully advised firms in diverse specialties, including healthcare, hospitality, real estate, and financial services, through alliance development, capital procurement, and investment strategies. 

Recently, Adriano was brought on by a small PE firm to serve as the interim CEO of an information technology and services company. Previously, Adriano was asked by a family office to lead one of their holdings. There, he created a financial market analysis and developed an advisory board made up of leaders in their respective industries to determine the feasibility of the current business model. He later created and executed a strategy leading to the creation of a successful recurring revenue model and divestiture of unproductive assets. 

Adriano currently serves on the board of Helping Hand, a nonprofit organization empowering children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Previously, he served as a director on the board of several corporate entities and in an advisory role for several others, including as a member of the board at Advantage National Bank, part of Wintrust Financial. At the Wintrust banks, Adriano sat on the Credit and Compensation Committees as well as chaired the Risk Management Committee. In addition, he served on IPM’s Health Care Advisory Board, formed specifically to open and penetrate the hospital market. 

Adriano holds a B.B.A. in public accounting from Loyola University and began his career at Bansley and Kiener, CPAs, providing tax and audit services to banks, manufacturers, pensions, and unions. 

Adriano is married with three children and is passionate about sports and living a healthy and active lifestyle. When he is not traveling, he likes to host dinners and share his passion for the fine foods and wines of Tuscany with his family and friends.
